What You'll Do... As a Marketing Specialist with American Pest, you will help take our B2B marketing efforts to the next level. You will be able to utilize previously created resources, as well as create and implement new resources and processes in effort of efficiently driving more quality commercial leads and supporting the commercial sales team in meeting their revenue goals. Along with that, you'll regularly with with the marketing team as there will always be opportunities to learn new things, brainstorm, and innovate all together.
You'll create, manage, optimize, and update commercial email automation flows as well as set up Pardot automations. You'll act as the LinkedIn Sales Navigator admin, serve as the contact person for regional industry memberships, create/design emails, long blog posts, social posts, and landing pages, create content for the sales team, and more. Market research, campaign performance review, project management, budgeting...you'll truly do it all!
Who You Are... So, what does it take to be successful as a Commercial Marketing Specialist at American Pest? For starters, you'll be meticulous and passionate about furthering American Pest's positive brand image. You'll also have...
- A bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communication, Business, or similar field (preferred)
- 3 years of experience in service industry or business-to-business marketing (preferred)
- Experience creating Pardot automation
- Experience with HTML and graphic design
- Experience with editing/updating websites (Umbraco, Wordpress, Branch CMS, etc.)
- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop & Indesign
- Proficiency in project management
- Competence as a creative writer
- Strong project management skills
- Strong problem-solving ability, including metrics-driven thinking
- High proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite; experience with pivot tables to conduct analysis of data sets from multiple data sources a plus
- The ability to travel as necessary
- The ability to multi-task and prioritize competing responsibilities according to urgency and importance
- The ability to read, write, speak, and comprehend English
- Legal eligibility to work in the U.S.
