What You'll Do... As a Marketing Assistant with American Pest you'll help ensure the quality of the leads being produced by our marketing efforts. Knowing what is and is not working is vital, so monitoring the quality and accuracy of the leads being produced is critical. In this role, you'll support the marketing team by ensuring properly optimized lead generation and respond to online customer reviews as well as writing/creating content for social platforms as well as other administrative tasks.

Who You Are... So, what does it take to be successful as a Marketing Assistant at American Pest? For starters, you'll be meticulous and passionate about furthering American Pest's positive brand image. You'll also have...

• 1 year of experience in marketing, sales, or customer service (preferred)
• Advanced written communication in English with attention to detail regarding grammar, spelling, punctuation, vocabulary, etc.
• Experience with social platforms from a business perspective (preferred)
• Project management experience (preferred)
• Experience developing/updating content for a website/blog/newspaper etc. (preferred)
• The ability to work as part of a team and independently
• Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite
• The ability to multi-task and prioritize competing responsibilities according to urgency and importance
• Legal eligibility to work in the U.S.
• High school diploma or equivalent
