What You'll Do... As the Customer Service Trainer with American Pest, you'll provide continuous customer service training to all call center team members. With an eye for continuous improvement you'll will analyze and assess current training programs, identify gaps, and recommend solutions. You will also be charged with creating and maintaining training materials needed to ensure call center team members are constantly up to date with product knowledge, processes, systems, and call handling skills. In this role, you will also conduct new hire classes and on-going product, sales, and customer service training on a regular basis as well as develop assessments to determine the effectiveness of the curriculum.

Who You Are... So, what does it take to be successful as the Customer Service Trainer at American Pest? For starters, you'll have a least 2 years of experience as a call center trainer or in a similar role. You'll also have...

• Experience reading, analyzing, and interpreting business data/reports
• Ability to perform business mathematics
• Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals
• Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from leaders, agents, and customers
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
• The ability to multi-task and prioritize competing responsibilities according to urgency and importance
• Well-developed organization and time management skills
• The ability to read, write, speak, and comprehend English
• Legal eligibility to work in the U.S.
