Customer Service Representative

Friendly, helpful and conscientious person needed in our Communications Center.

Responsibilities will include:

• Answering phones (inbound call center environment).
• Providing friendly, knowledgeable, and prompt support for customers (internal and external).
• Coordinating the efforts of the service, sales, management, and administrative teams.
• Scheduling service calls, logging customer concerns/changes, and following up to ensure resolution.
• Setting up leads for sales team.
• Data entry.
• Drafting correspondence.
• Generating reports as required.

Requirements for success:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Two or more years of administrative/office experience
• Experience using MS Windows and common business software.
• Strong data entry proficiency using standard computer keyboard and monitor.
• Attention to detail and concern for doing things right.
• Desire to work as part of a team and to provide back-up when required for team members.
• Concern for helping people and aptitude for making people feel important and valued.
• Ability to prioritize competing responsibilities according to urgency and importance.
• Ability to learn new computer software
• Proven skill in quickly learning and applying new software.
