Billing Manager

What You'll Do...

As the Billing Manager at American Pest you will be responsible for leading and planning our collections efforts on a daily basis. Like any company, having money coming in is vital and you'll be leading the team that does just that - collecting outstanding monies for the company. Your efforts will also help us better service our customers ensuring there is no unintentional interruption of services and that they continue to receive those services in a timely manner. You'll become the company expert in PestPac, an industry specific program, on everything from orders and invoices to payments, refunds, and reporting. You'll work closely with Branch Managers, the Communication Center Manager, and our finance department to ensure the billing and collections process runs smoothly across all departments involved. Working skillfully with Excel, you'll organize and analyze data to provide your team lists of customers to contact. With many irons in the fire, you'll never run short of things to do in this analytical, highly-detailed, and essential leadership role.

Who You Are...

So, what does it take to be successful as the Billing Manager at American Pest? For starters, you'll have a background in accounts receivable, billing, and/or collections. You'll also have...

• A 2- or 4-year college degree
• A strong understanding of the Microsoft Office Suite
• Intermediate knowledge of Excel (multi-level sorting/filtering, working with pivot tables, etc.)
• The ability to work a flexible schedule
• A keen eye for detail and a mind for organization and planning
• Professional determination - never one to back down but rather push though, follow up, and persevere while maintaining a sense of professionalism, integrity, and compassion
• 1-2 years of management experience is a plus
• PestPac experience is a big plus
