What You'll Do...

As our Administrator & Data Specialist it will be up to you to maintain the accuracy of the information in, and make improvements to, our client database allowing us to better meet our customers' needs and deliver the best customer service experience possible. You will use a variety of tools to audit the information, identify inaccuracies, and make corrections. You will also become an expert in our software, be a vital resource in assisting other employees, and will generate a wide variety of reports to evaluate data and assist our leaders in making business decisions. You'll move fast, be crazy accurate, and use keen problem-solving skills to support our business objectives. 

Who You Are...

So, what does it take to be a successful Administrator and Data Analyst at American Pest? For starters, you'll pride yourself on being accurate, fast, and reliable. You'll also have...

• A four-year degree from an accredited university
• 2-3 years related experience as a data analyst or database administrator (preferred)
• Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Excel - formula writing knowledge is a must
• Previous experience with computer programming languages, Crystal, Business Objects, or SSRS (preferred)
• An exacting attention to detail and a drive to constantly improve
• The ability to read, write, speak, and comprehend English
• Good oral and written communication skills
• Legal eligibility to work in the U.S
• The ability to pass a pre-employment drug test, physical, and full background check
