What You'll Do...

As a Quality Control Service Manager with American Pest, you'll be involved with the management and oversight of a pest management staff of field technicians to ensure that all large client contract requirements are met. Daily activities will include field inspections and consultations, pest problem solving, service supervision, data review and analysis with regular report writing. Training of client staff and servicing personnel will also be required.


Who You Are...

So, what does it take to be a successful Quality Control Service Manager? For starters, you'll have at least a four-year life sciences or entomology degree (or graduate degree) from an accredited college or university. You'll also have...

  • Current or prior experience in structural pest control with appropriate state certifications (preferred)
  • A valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record
  • The ability to read, write, speak, and comprehend English
  • Good oral and written communication skills
  • Solid attention to detail
  • Legal eligibility to work in the U.S
  • The ability to pass a pre-employment drug test, physical, and full background check
  • The ability to meet the physical demands of the job; walking, bending, kneeling, climbing, lifting & carrying up to 40 lbs., etc.
